About The Event
R&I Brunch is a Networking Event organised by CESIE focusing on the preparation for the Horizon Europe Calls planned for 2024
This event is a unique opportunity to:
- Merge efforts of the best knowledge actors (Universities, Research Centres, NGOs and Businesses) to develop quality and competitive Horizon Europe proposals;
- Create an institutional and cross-sectoral network in EU project management focusing on R&I linked to societal challenges;
- Produce R&I results in a team of reliable partners and maximise the innovation potential.
The event is open only to participants who respond to the following criteria:
- experienced in preparing and implementing proposals for the Framework Programme (FP). A minimum criteria of three successfully implemented projects applies to all event participants.
- one project idea in advanced stage of development for the Calls in 2024 will be presented during the event.

Due to limited space and to maximise the event's impact, only one representative per organisation (including affiliated entities) can participate. We strongly recommend involving staff working on the Horizon Europe Programme.
Please be aware that your application will be approved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The invitation is addressed only to selected and reliable organisations experienced in developing and implementing Horizon Europe-funded projects.
If you would like to invite your partner organisations already working on the programme, please get in touch with us first.
